Scheduled reports and alert escalation rules are now live

The update
Since launching Dawning we have heard the same two requests more than any others. Teams wanted to receive research reports automatically without having to ask for them every time. And they wanted a way to make sure critical alerts did not go unacknowledged when the primary recipient was unavailable. Both are now live.
Scheduled reports
Scheduled reports let teams set a cadence for any research report Dawning can generate — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once set up, Dawning generates and delivers the report automatically to the recipients you choose, through Slack, email, or in-app. No manual trigger required. No remembering to ask. The report arrives when your team needs it.
To set up a scheduled report, open any report in Dawning, click Schedule, set your cadence and recipients, and save. The first report will deliver on your next scheduled date.
Alert escalation rules
Alert escalation rules let teams set a secondary recipient for any alert that goes unacknowledged for a defined period. If the primary recipient does not act on an alert within the time you set, Dawning automatically escalates it to the next person on the list.
Availability and what is next
Both features are available on Growth and Enterprise plans immediately. Starter plan support is coming in the next release. We are already working on the next set of improvements based on feedback from teams using both features in early access.
