About the role
Dawning is at a point where the product is working and the story is not yet being told at the scale it deserves. We are looking for a marketer who understands that the best marketing for a product like Dawning is making the product impossible to ignore — and who knows how to do that without making it feel like marketing.
You will own everything from positioning and messaging to demand generation and content. You will work directly with the founders and be the person who shapes how the world understands what Dawning is and why it matters.
What you will do
Own Dawning's positioning, messaging, and brand voice across every channel. Build and run demand generation programmes that bring the right teams to Dawning at the right moment. Create content that is genuinely useful to the people we are trying to reach — not just content for the sake of it. Work with the product team to make sure every launch lands the way it deserves to. Build the marketing function from the ground up with the budget and authority to do it properly.
What we are looking for
Someone who has built marketing for a B2B SaaS product before and has the results to show for it. A strong writer who understands that clarity is the most powerful marketing tool available. Someone who is as comfortable with strategy as they are with execution — because at this stage you will be doing both. Experience marketing data, AI, or developer tools is a genuine advantage.
